Antique Buddhist Oil Painting / Thangka on Canvas Cotton Cloth from Nepal

This is a lovely Antique Buddhist Thangka / Oil Painting on thin cotton cloth from Nepal.  I would conservatively date this piece dates to well before the Turn of the Century. This painting was purchased by my father and myself in Bangkok in the late 1970's during the period he owned an antique shop in Penang, Malaysia.  My father admired these paintings and he actively collected the best examples he could find.  Once mounted & framed this painting would be stunning.  To the active collector it would be a nice addition to their inventory due to it's good condition & detail.  I would conservatively estimate this item's Condition to be Grade A-.  The painting will be securely shipped in a 3 inch diameter mailing tube.
