    Description

    Antique Telescoping Pencil Pendent & Advertising Bracelet; circa 1940.  This 2 piece lot is unique; from an estate.  Telescoping pencil is stamped "Writescope" and is Gold-tone brass.  It measures approx 1 3/4 inches collapsed and 3 3/4 inches expanded.  It is designed to wear on a neck chain.  Top cap removes to store eraser or whatever; it no longer writes, however, a great collectible just the same.  Bracelet is advertising item likely given as a longevity award.  Lovely open square link gold-tone brass chain measures approx 7 1/2 inches opened and the charm is black enamel inscribed "Insured Mutual Hartford"; a great advertising collectible.   Shipped with USPS First Class.
