Each strand holds 4.5 lbs of meat.  25" long each.  19 mm diameter.   Our fiberous snack stick casings are edible, permeable to place in the smoker and much easier to use than sheep casings.  Use your 3/8" stuffer tube for these casings?  Need a sausage stuffer?  We have them too.
