    Description

    This is the epitome of early 1980s Baywatch-era design. I used it in a one-time magazine shoot in
    California around 1982. It was never in the water. It has been in storage 38 years. It's pieced together beautifully with zig-zag stitching and is double-sided neoprene, an innovation at the time. It has large zippers for ankles, wrists, and vest that work smoothly.
    It seems to be made by Tropic, but I have no information on the company. The only other lettering is an ''M'' on two small tags, one sewn into the inner seam of the vest and the other into the seam of the bottoms. I assume that means ''Medium'' but I'm not sure. I'm the headless model in the photo and I'm a medium-build man about 5'5'' tall, so I'm thinking this could fit someone my size or just a little taller.
